The Royal British Legion takes your privacy very seriously and we will only collect the personal data that is absolutely necessary to register you for one of our events and to ensure the safety and security of that event. We promise to keep your personal data safe and secure.
We will only use the contact details you provide to provide you with information about the event you have registered for. We will only share your personal data with third parties if there is a legal or regulatory requirement to do so.

We will hold your personal data for 1 month after the event OR until you withdraw your consent for us to process it. If you would like to withdraw your consent and no longer wish to participate in the event, please contact the Remembrance Events Team at RemembranceEvents@britishlegion.org.uk.

When you register for an event, your personal data will be stored in our event accreditation system, which is managed by internal staff at The Royal British Legion. They will process your personal data in compliance with the data protection laws and only for the purpose of registering you for the event you will be participating in. Your information will only be held by The Royal British Legion until one month after the event has concluded.
