  • Thanks for expressing an interest in joining Branch Community Support (BCS).

BCS is a network of RBL members who alleviate loneliness through the form of telephone buddying or home or hospital visits. By dedicating some of your spare time, you will make a huge difference to improving the lives of the Armed Forces Community.

Our BCS Supporters are required to complete the following stages as part of their onboarding. Your Membership Engagement Administrator will support you through this process.

    1. DBS - Basic application

    2. Training

2.1 - Online modules (Safeguarding, Lone Working, GDPR) - This is hosted by our Learning Management Platform 'Discover'.
2.2 - BCS Training for New Supporters - This is delivered by our Central Learning and Development Team and is face to face in the UK. Overseas sessions are held over Teams.
